Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant – The O2, London

The watch and jewellery store, Henry Richards London, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at The O2, London.

• Providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Assisting customers with product selection and offering knowledgeable advice.
• Achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Processing transactions accurately through the till system.
• Maintaining high visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is well presented at all times.
• Supporting with stock replenishment and stock checks.
• Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business.

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• An interest in watches and jewellery would be advantageous.
