Corporate M&A Lawyer – 3-6 PQE - City/International Firm

I have brand new instructions with one of my key clients in the City. This firm offers high-end work, within a collegiate and supportive culture. A full-service firm with a London HQ and international offices, this may be an ideal long-term move for an associate either from a Top 20 practice, or seeking a step up.

This role is a broad banking/finance role covering all areas including asset, structured and leveraged finance and all manner of general corporate lending. You will be given full client contact whilst working alongside the reputed partners and associates in the group.

I would be keen to hear from lawyers at City, or top-tier regional/national firms, with ideally between three and six years’ PQE. The firm pays a competitive City salary, together with a full benefits package.
